As our network grows, so does the importance of strong operational systems and consistent ways of working that support exceptional clinical care, great client experiences, and sustainable clinic performance.

We have a 4 month secondment opportunity for a current team members to join the Business Integration team as a Clinic Support Specialist, helping to embed best-practice operational workflows across our clinics. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how veterinary clinics run day-to-day and can translate system functionality into practical, efficient ways of working for clinic teams.

You’ll work directly with Practice Managers, Lead Vets and clinic teams to ensure clinical and operational systems are used correctly, confidently, and in ways that support safety, efficiency, and revenue integrity.

 

What you’ll do

Embed operational best-practice

  • Coach clinic teams on efficient scheduling, appointment structures, and booking workflows

  • Teach the operational principles behind system processes so teams understand not just how to use systems, but why it matters

  • Assess clinic workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, utilisation and client experience

  • Partner with clinic leaders to build sustainable operational behaviours

Deliver training and capability uplift

  • Deliver engaging, role-based training that builds system confidence across all clinic roles

  • Facilitate practical, scenario-based learning that reflects real clinic workflows

  • Provide targeted coaching where additional support is needed

  • Assess capability gaps and deliver follow-up training to embed correct usage

Drive system adoption across clinics

  • Champion consistent and accurate use of clinical and operational systems

  • Identify usage gaps and implement targeted remediation

  • Support system upgrades, optimisation initiatives and operational improvements

  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert for clinic teams

Support performance stability

  • Monitor operational and customer metrics following integrations or system changes

  • Identify early signs of performance drift and coordinate practical interventions

  • Reinforce processes and rhythms that sustain service quality, efficiency and team engagement

 

About you

You bring a combination of operational clinic knowledge, systems confidence, and a passion for helping teams succeed.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations

  • A passion for delivering training, coaching or system implementation support

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across clinic teams

  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving

  • Confidence working with operational systems and translating them into everyday practice
