SuperVets Manly West are currently seeking a fully qualified experienced veterinary nurse/tech, who shares our passion and excitement for our industry, and is committed to above and beyond levels of customer service. This will be a part-time role, needed for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

 Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide effective support to veterinarians in all aspects of veterinary nursing, including consults, monitoring routine and complex surgeries, taking bloods, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, caring for our hospitalized patients

  • Running Nurse consultations

  • Light administrating duties

  • Maintain an excellent level of patient care and customer service at all times, treating every patient as if they were your own

  • Maintain a consistently high level of organisation and cleanliness in the hospital

Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with minimum 1 years’ veterinary nursing experience

  • A team player attitude with the ability to show initiative but also take direction

  • Ability to work well and multitask under pressure

  • Ability to self-manage and problem solve

  • Punctual with excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A keen desire to deliver excellent standards of patient care and customer service at all times

  • A genuine love for animals and their people!
