Peregian Springs Vet Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic Practice Manager to join our team for a maternity leave cover. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow

• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships

• Implement and uphold practice policies and procedures

• Oversee financial management, including budgeting and reporting

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Promote a positive team culture and work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in veterinary practice management or a related field

• Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing preferred

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in practice management software

• A genuine passion for animal welfare and care
