Marsden Vet Surgery is on the hunt for an experienced vet nurse to join our happy, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive team. Our recently refurbished clinic gives us a fresh, spacious environment where we can do what we love—provide excellent care to our patients and their humans.

We run with 2–3 vets each day, and our nurses are hands-on across consults, hospital, and surgery—so no two days feel the same. We’re big on high standards of care and always advocate for what’s best for our patients.

We’re also passionate about empowering our nurses. You won’t just be “assisting”—you’ll be actively using your skills, including intubation, blood collection, catheter placement, and dental scaling.

If you’re an experienced nurse who enjoys a mix of surgery, hospital, and consulting—and wants to feel valued in their role—this could be a perfect fit. You’ll need to be confident in your skills, but we’ll always support your growth with training and development.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Holds a Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
✔ Has 3+ years of clinical experience
✔ Is confident in nursing and surgical skills
✔ Brings a positive attitude and strong team spirit
✔ Has great communication and time management skills
✔ Truly cares about patients, clients, and their team
