Willoughby Veterinary Hospital is a vibrant professional clinic situated on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Our friendly team includes 8 Veterinarians and 20 Nurses, and we are now in search of that special someone to join us as a part time Customer Service Representative (Wednesday – Friday 7am – 4pm).
We appreciate just how integral the reception team are in the smooth running of the Practice, and we are seeking a motivated individual who wants to enhance their skillset and grow their career.
The right candidate will:
Be a well presented team player with a bright personality
Have excellent organisational skills
Be driven to provide great customer service
Able to remain level headed even when under pressure
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Some of the daily tasks include:
Welcoming clients and their pets
Answering phone enquiries
Offering general animal care advice
Performing patient admissions and discharges
Clinic organisation and tidiness
Emergency triage

Any veterinary industry, administration or business qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
