Integrations Regional Manager
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)
At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.
In this newly created position, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for new clinics joining our network, embedding our culture, systems, and ways of working so they’re set up for long-term success.
Reporting to the General Manager Business Integration, you’ll guide clinics through the full integration journey, from settlement through to steady-state operations, providing leadership, coaching, and hands-on support every step of the way.
It’s important to note that some travel will be required to provide fulsome support for our clinics and operational teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Integration Delivery
Take ownership of the integration process for newly acquired clinics, ensuring operational, cultural, and performance goals are met
Execute integration activities in line with the Integration Playbook, tailoring for clinic-specific needs while upholding VetPartners’ Best Practice standards
Partner closely with the Business Integration Manager to manage progress, risks, and outcomes
Drive readiness for BAU transition with clear governance, cadence, and reporting frameworks in place
Embed Culture and Operations
Establish and normalise key workflows, governance rhythms, and performance tracking to ensure consistency and efficiency
Integrate shared service functions into clinic routines and clarify key support channels
Model and embed VetPartners’ values — collaboration, transparency, and client-first behaviours
Address cultural friction points early and foster engagement, ownership, and trust within clinic teams
Build Capability and Leadership Confidence
Identify and close leadership or team capability gaps early in the integration phase
Deliver targeted coaching, mentoring, and peer-learning to embed best practices
Build rhythm literacy, enabling local leaders to run governance and reporting independently
Support Clinic Support Specialists and local leaders to build sustainable confidence and autonomy
Stabilise and Transition to BAU
Monitor key operational and performance metrics to confirm stability post-integration
Identify early signs of performance drift and coordinate timely interventions
Ensure all operational and cultural elements are embedded before handover to Regional Operations
Capture lessons learned to enhance future integration approaches
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading operational integration, transformation, or change management initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple teams and functions
A collaborative leadership style that builds capability, trust, and accountability
Demonstrated ability to drive cultural alignment and operational excellence
Strong performance focus with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
Experience in the veterinary industry strong regarded
