We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in corporate financial reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality reporting and insights to support executive-level decision-making.
As our Corporate Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in preparing accurate, consolidated financial reports, analysing performance against budget, and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements. You’ll collaborate across finance, accounting, and business units to provide data and insights that shape financial strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including covenant tracking and board reporting packs.
  • Consolidate financial statements and cashflows across multiple business units and regions.
  • Ensure reporting is compliant with internal controls, corporate standards, and external requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Variance Analysis

  • Track and analyse actuals versus budget/forecast, identifying key variances and drivers.
  • Provide timely commentary and insights that highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Support the business in interpreting results and understanding financial outcomes.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with finance, accounting, and operational teams to align reporting requirements.
  • Maintain a strong rhythm of communication with key business stakeholders.
  • Present data in a clear, concise way to support strategic and operational discussions.
Skills, Attributes, and Experience
  • A minimum of five years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • CA/CPA qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as TM1, Hyperion, SAP, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or veterinary industry is advantageous but not essential.
