Full-Time Receptionist / Client Services – Administration

North Shore Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Centre provides gold-standard care across Specialist, Emergency, and General Practice services, operating 24/7, 365 days a year.

We’re seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist / Client Services professional to join our busy front-of-house team full-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoy being the friendly face that supports both people and pets, we’d love to hear from you.

About You
You’re warm, organised, and thrive on delivering exceptional service. You’ll bring:

  • Strong customer service or administration experience (veterinary or medical preferred)

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Reliability, empathy, and a calm, professional manner

  • Competence with Microsoft Office; RxWorks or EzyVet experience a bonus

In This Role, You’ll:

  • Welcome and assist clients and their pets

  • Manage calls, emails, bookings, and records

  • Support veterinarians and the wider team with admin and client care

  • Process payments, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks
