We are offering an exciting and unique opportunity to join the family at Ingleburn Veterinary Hospital as lead clinical veterinarian.    
Ingleburn hospital was established in 1983 and since then, we have endeavoured to provide the highest quality healthcare to all our patients. Located in the growing and diverse suburb of Ingleburn, NSW, we service a broad region of dedicated clients and their beloved pets. The location is ideal to experience Sydney life living without the stifling rental costs and bumper-to-bumper traffic!     
The role:   
We are looking for an experienced small animal veterinarian (ideally 3+ years plus some lead veterinarian experience), who is business minded and motivated to grow our team and services offered at the hospital.    
As lead clinical veterinarian, you will have primary case responsibility, surgical & medical, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to the veterinarian and nursing team. You will be working closely with our practice manager in directing the everyday running of the clinic, as well as developing and implementing a marketing and clinical growth plan for the hospital.   
We have a strong focus on continued education for every staff member. Part of your role will be to help implement and support ongoing training for our vets and support staff, including access to:    
  • CPD financial support and study leave annually
  • Access to our Veterinary Training Centres that provide practical training programs
  • Readily accessible online resources i.e. VIN, online training courses, webinars
  • Support in house from many experienced vets
  • Access to imaging and surgical specialists that frequent the hospital
Our facilities include (but not limited to):   
  • Digital surface radiography & dental radiography
  • iM3 dental machine
  • Ultrasound
  • Multiple anaesthetic units, each with a multiparameter monitoring units
  • Electrosurgery
  • Abaxis blood analysis units (Rem Vetscan VS2, HM5, iSTAT, Vue) & urinalysis analyser
  • Dedicated dog and cat wards
  • Isolation ward
  • Four fully functional consult rooms including a dedicated cat room.
