Sunbury All Creatures is a large, well-established, privately run practice with a strong reputation for high-quality medicine and a genuinely supportive team culture. We are looking for a veterinarian to join our experienced and friendly team.

This is a clinic where you are never on your own. With multiple vets on site every day (4 with more than 25 years' experience), daily case discussions, and a depth of experience across the team, support is constant and easily accessible. Our surgery days are structured to ensure collaboration between experienced and less experienced vets, creating a safe, enjoyable environment to learn, grow, and practice good medicine.

We offer a highly competitive hourly pay rate, with vets paid for every minute they are at work including those times when the day runs over. Lunch breaks are protected, and there is no on-call, no after-hours, no Sundays, and no public holidays. Rosters are provided well in advance, and flexibility is easy due to the size and stability of the team.

Clinically, the work here is varied, interesting, and genuinely rewarding. With several senior vets each bringing decades of experience, the clinic manages a wide range of medical and surgical cases, including advanced and complex work such as TPLOs, cardiac ultrasound, and challenging medical cases. This creates outstanding learning opportunities for less experienced vets, while also offering senior clinicians the opportunity to work up complex cases collaboratively within a highly experienced team.
