What you’ll be doing:
✨ Leading from the front—delivering top-notch medical and surgical care
✨ Mentoring and supporting our GP vet team, helping them grow in confidence and capability
✨ Playing a key role in hospital leadership and strategy, including marketing and team development
✨ Guiding performance reviews and team training alongside our supportive leadership group
✨ Sharing your knowledge with our nurses and animal attendants

About you:
🐾 5+ years’ experience in small animal general practice
🐾 A confident vet with strong leadership and mentoring skills
🐾 Passionate about collaborative, high-quality veterinary care
🐾 Eligible for registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
