Client Care Coordinator – Vet Happiness
Redland Bay | Part Time (20 hours per week)

Vet Happiness is a well-loved veterinary clinic located in Redland Bay, proudly supporting our local community of pet lovers. Our friendly, close-knit team is looking for a motivated “go-getter” with a bright smile to lead our front-of-house services and deliver exceptional client care.

About the Role

As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating care, supporting the veterinary team, and keeping our clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service in a busy front-facing role

• Coordinate patient care and priorities with the veterinary team

• Manage appointment bookings and scheduling systems

• Educate clients on services, wellness programs, and treatment options

• Handle accounts including estimates, invoicing, and payment processing

• Maintain accurate records, reminders, and recall systems

• Ensure compliance with privacy and workplace health & safety standards

• Support marketing activities, including social media and campaigns

• Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organised, and welcoming

About You

• Experience in a client-facing role within a veterinary or medical environment

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

• Compassionate, friendly, and calm under pressure

• High attention to detail and administrative accuracy

• A genuine love for animals and commitment to their wellbeing

This is a part-time position working:
Monday 8:00am – 4:00pm | Wednesday 9:00am – 2:00pm | Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
