About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will work closely with our Lead Vet and leadership team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, strong financial performance, and a positive, supportive team culture.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people management with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support nursing, reception and support teams

• Oversee rostering, performance management and team development

• Manage clinic operations, policies and procedures

• Drive financial performance including budgets, KPIs and reporting

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff engagement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture

• Work collaboratively with veterinarians to support exceptional patient and client care

About You

• Previous experience in Practice Management (veterinary or healthcare preferred)

• Highly organised with strong communication skills

• Confident managing budgets, KPIs and operational targets

• Solutions-focused, proactive and adaptable

• Passionate about team development and delivering outstanding client service
