Client Service Representative
Description
We are seeking a motivated, articulate, Client Service Representative to join our team. CSR’s at The Veterinary Emergency Clinic are team players, with strong attention to detail, enjoy interacting with a wide variety of clients and their pets, and take pride in a job well done. Our ideal candidate will have two years or more of veterinary reception experience, and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet patients, their pets, vendors, and other visitors to our emergency clinic
- Answer patient questions, provide assistance and directions when necessary
- Field all phone calls and send emails
- Register new patients and update necessary records
- Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and then check them over to ensure that required fields are completed appropriately
- Process bills, invoices, and patient payments in office
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient records
- Ensure that the waiting room environment remains quiet, calm, organized and welcoming
- Uphold the positive reputation of our emergency clinic by always treating visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate manner
We'll love your experience, passion, drive, and ability to work well with a team. This is a full-time position for an experienced (at least 2 years) in a Veterinary setting.

The Veterinary Emergency Clinic is an equipped trauma and emergency facility that offers many services. Our team members are trained to handle most life-threatening emergencies that can occur anytime during nights, weekends, and holidays. These emergencies include, but are not limited to, animals being hit by cars, gunshot wounds, lacerations, heatstroke, trouble breathing, fever, infection, snakebite wounds, seizures and many other conditions.
