Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Team Manager to join our growing data intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Lead Generation executives dedicated to selling our data intelligence solutions and services. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and market share expansion for the department.  
 
Responsibilities:  
•              Manage a growing, high-performing team of Lead Generation Executives, providing them with coaching, mentorship, and training to achieve their targets.  
•              Implement and lead a newly formed Associate Program, focusing on young professionals and early career development
•              Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for the data intelligence product portfolio.  
•              Hold your team accountable for achieving them.  
•              Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and externally.  
•              Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor landscape to identify new sales opportunities.  
•              Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.  
•              Contribute to the overall growth and success of the data intelligence department.  
Qualifications:  
•              Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Lead Generation management role, preferably within the maritime or SaaS industry.  
•              Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.  
•              Strong understanding of the sales process and B2B sales methodologies.  
•              Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  
•              Ability to effectively coach and motivate others.  
•              Data-driven approach to decision making.  
•              Strong understanding of the maritime industry and data intelligence landscape (a plus).
