  • Maintain system efficiency and stability, ensuring the security and integrity of all systems and data while promptly addressing outages and technical issues.
  • Administer application activities, including user management, optimizing remote access, and managing security for messaging systems, databases, and web applications.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify system needs and facilitate necessary upgrades.
  • Assist in the development, testing, evaluation, and implementation of system enhancements.

Skills/Experience Needed:

  • 5+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply. While we try to be thorough with our job descriptions, not everything about you as a candidate can be condensed into a list of bullet points.
