Job Summary

In this role you would be expected to work strategically and effectively to build & manage various processes and systems and provide focused business analysis of all key critical success factors and Key Performance Indicators for Leadership. This role requires communication and collaboration with many departments throughout the company. Ideal candidates are analytical, process oriented, energetic, and enjoy working in a rapid growth, data and operationally driven environment. The candidate should have a solid business understanding of the B2B sales cycle and Subscription sales, strong verbal and written communication skills and top-notch Excel and data manipulation skills as well as strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: provide various forms of business performance analysis and reporting to the key stakeholders in Sales Leadership; identify additional reporting and analysis needs, and work with the various systems and cross-functional Operations teams to develop the appropriate reporting or dashboard solutions; extend where possible to enable self-service solutions for Field representatives
  • Business Process Workflow: analyzing, developing and refining business process workflows across the organization: work with appropriate departments to develop required tools and documentation
  • Support sales planning; including targets for Bookings and Headcount and related Investment Plans in partnership with Finance
  • Manage Quota-setting and compensation for global sales teams; composition of Commission plans and payouts on achievement. Address Field questions relating to Quotas and Commission
  • Provide Business Operational support and coordination for sales and marketing programs, promotions, pricing and Go-To-Market initiatives as requested by leadership
  • Partner with other teams, including marketing and strategy, in creation of targeted customer lists
  • Audit data integrity in Salesforce, and other systems and assist with pipeline and forecast management cadence.
  • Assist with special projects as requested
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or strategy
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of an organizational hierarchy
  • Strong learning capabilities, and ability to adopt change quickly and effectively
  • Very detailed and process oriented
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking and excellent time management skills, service oriented
  • A self started capable of self motivation and working independently
  • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, and business intelligence best practices
  • Requires a broad knowledge of the organization’s services, products, and marketing techniques
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with advanced data transformation using Excel or other ETL tools such as Alteryx
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in a CRM tool; Salesforce highly preferred
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Familiarity with Subscription sales, and/or the B2B sales cycle
    • Highly motivated self-starter who is always looking for a new challenge
    • Superb critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Naturally curious
    • Execution-oriented

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range of $120,000 to $150,000. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
