HW Operations Executive
Description
Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
Utilizing logistics IT to optimize processes and procedures
Collecting and analyzing supply chain data
Recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce costs.
Coordinating with Versa Global Sales teams and End customers
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
Communicate with sales, contract manufacturers, distributors, customers etc. to ensure end customer satisfaction and engagement.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
Evaluate vendor operations based on industry benchmarks.
Help foster trusting relationships with business partners
Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
Experience (2-4 years) – preferably as Operations Analyst.
Experience in Customer Service / Supply Chain will be appreciated
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Computer-savvy with excellent command over MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management) Analytical mind with business acumen
Problem-solving attitude
Attention to detail.
MBA in Operations and/or Business Analytics from a reputed institute.
