Job Title: Housekeeper 
Reports To: Maintenance Manager 
Location: Monteverde
 
 THE OPPORTUNITY 
 
The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness and presentation of common areas and amenities while ensuring apartment homes are move-in ready. This role is responsible for detailed cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep to meet company standards. Working closely with the maintenance and leasing teams, the Housekeeper helps create a welcoming environment for residents and guests. 
  
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES    
  • Clean vacant units to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for new residents.  
  • Perform routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared amenities.  Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.  
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.  
  • Work alongside maintenance teams to ensure the overall cleanliness of the property.  
  • Work independently while following company standards, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining a commitment to resident satisfaction.  
  • Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.    
CANDIDATE PROFILE      
  • Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar roles preferred.  
  • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.  
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining company standards.  
  • Lifting/carrying (supplies, equipment, etc.):  
    • Over 75 lbs.  Rare need  
    • 25 – 75 lbs.  Occasional need  
    • 1 – 25 lbs.  Constant need
