Venterra Realty is looking for an Online Marketing Manager (Growth Marketer) to play an integral role in driving brand awareness and engagement within the digital space and driving website traffic, ultimately increasing conversions. Venterra is designing and building a new website in 2022, including 2 domains.  As the Online Marketing Manager (Growth Marketer), you will take lead on this project. The website currently is over 600 pages and represents over 60 individual brands, hence microsites.  You will be expected to analyze the performance of websites and digital efforts and identify new opportunities to increase conversions through the compelling Venterra brand story while adhering to rigid mobile-first design principles and Google performance expectations.  Venterra Realty is looking for someone who can strategize and implement multi-channel campaigns.

And Venterra Realty is growing!  Not only are we adding additional apartment communities to the portfolio, but we are also breaking ground on what is our first of many new developments, meaning we are building a 336 unit apartment community from the ground up.  We are also actively investing in our data management, branding/image, and technology department to support our expected continued growth.  It’s an exciting time to get involved in these projects!  


  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization which includes Operations, Innovations, Recruiting, Marketing, and CX Departments, as well as Internal Development Teams and external website host and branding agency to refine the performance of our online marketing efforts including the community-specific websites, as well as corporate website
  • Adjust strategies and campaigns to cater to the renter's journey and maximize ROI
  • Analyze website and online advertising and effectively communicate test results, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders
  • Identify specific challenges and points of friction within a customer journey and test different alternatives to optimize the funnel


  • Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Business or other quantitative field or the equivalent in (4+years’) experience growing digital marketing efforts, managing large websites, working with various marketing technologies, demonstrating SEO mastery, and UX design application
  • Advanced Marketing & Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics & Tag Manager and Excel
  • Proficient in WordPress/PHP, HTML & CSS, Visual Design, JavaScript
  • Advanced in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Remarketing

  • Remote Work Opportunity.  Venterra has a corporate office in Houston, TX.  If the candidate lives in Houston,  this position has the opportunity to work from home traveling into the office as needed and defined by business needs.  The Director and team associated with this position are based in Dallas, TX.
