We are seeking an experienced QA Team Leader with a proven track record working with global organizations to manage and mentor a team of QA engineers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Cloud and on-premises storage technologies, cybersecurity platform testing, and a solid background in IT operations. This role requires hands-on experience in manual testing and automation development and the ability to ensure continuous, high-quality interoperability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities 
 
  • Lead and Mentor: Hire, guide, and develop a team of highly skilled QA engineers with IT and storage expertise.  
  • Quality Ownership: Apply QA methodologies to manage both manual and automated testing, ensuring rigorous execution, accurate results, and proper defect lifecycle management.  
  • System Testing: Design and execute both manual and automation development comprehensive end-to-end system test plans for a cybersecurity SaaS application integrated with storage systems such as NetApp, Nutanix, AFS, Dell EMC Isilon, Qumulo, and others.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product team to prioritize content and with Development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, maintaining top-tier interoperability standards.  
  • Customer-Focused Validation: Manage ad hoc validations and deliver deterministic results for customer-driven changes or field inquiries

Qualifications 
 
  • 3+ years of experience managing QA teams (up to four resources).  
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer or IT professional with deep knowledge in SaaS environments, storage systems, and both manual and automated testing.  
  • Proven experience in C# automation development (Mandatory) 
  • Experience working with distributed teams in international global companies.  
  • Strong understanding of storage platforms, configurations, and protocols.  
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix environments.  
  • Solid grasp of testing best practices and processes.  
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; fluent English
