We are seeking a System QA Engineer with strong expertise in Cloud and On-Prem storage technologies, and a solid background in IT operations. In this role, you will ensure storage compliance with our Cloud SaaS product, interoperability, and functionality. You will work closely with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality, backward-compatible end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end system test plans for a cybersecurity SaaS application integrating with storage systems such as NetApp, Nutanix, AFS, Dell EMC Isilon, Qumulo, and others.
- Collaborate with Product team to prioritize content and engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, ensuring product interoperability and quality.
- Prepare clear, detailed documentation and certification results report.
- Stay up to date with emerging storage technologies, protocols, and industry standards.
- Perform ad hoc validations and provide results for customer-driven changes or field inquiries.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA for SaaS products, preferably in cybersecurity and storage technologies.
- Background in IT operations or system administration (e.g., SysAdmin experience).
- Experienced working with global companies or distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of storage platforms, configurations, and protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix environments.
- Scripting skills (Python, Shell) – advantage, not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
