The Role: We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager who supports operational excellence across Sales and
Customer Success by driving consistent execution, operational discipline, and data driven decision-making. This role partners with regional Sales and Customer Success leaders and works in close alignment with WW Sales SVP to ensure forecasting accuracy, risk visibility, and strong follow-through on key initiatives. The position plays a critical role in translating leadership priorities into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.
The Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in operations roles within SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding with the sales motion, support motion and value proposition.
- Proven experience working closely with senior Sales leadership.
- Ability and skill to utilize AI heavily to achieve goals.
- Strong ability to design governance structures and manage cross-functional alignment.
- Experience in risk management, customer success metrics, and operational analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead strategic programs and drive adoption of processes across global teams.
- Salesforce experience.
The Responsibilities:
Operational Cadence & Governance
- Oversee weekly cadence, ensuring structured discussions on:
- Booking forecast for the quarter/month/week
- Evals, NPMs, QBRs
- Renewals, events, and channel engagement
- Define structure for risk review and escalation.
- Ensure coverage for accounts without activity, and reassignments for accounts without traction.
Risk Management & Red Flags
- Enforce criteria for red flags (e.g., stalled NB/Upsell opportunities, lack of engagement, missed QBRs, lack of NP/Upsell meetings, low conversion and closing rates, gaps in hiring).
- Oversee review process and drive owners for resolution.
- Track unresolved red flags week-over-week and maintain visibility across teams.
- Implement monthly analysis of meetings, evals, attach rates, conversion rates, and closing rates by region.
- Design and drive penetration plans of new and existing products to accounts, expansion plans
Partners
- Assist with partner programs and analyze partner relationships
- Ensure renewals are processed by the right partners
