Responsibilities:
- Define the product roadmap needs into detailed requirements, work with R&D teams and manage the entire development process from concept to launch.
- Serve as an in-house subject matter expert of Varonis platform and become the go-to person in your domain.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage strategic relationships with new and existing partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technical, SaaS‑based environment.
- Strong technical background, including an engineering and equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
- Experience designing platform‑level features in distributed, complex architectures.
Technical Skillset:
- Solid understanding of:
- Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or other identity service providers
- Storage platforms (file systems, NAS, permissions models)
- Experience working with:
- Identity integrations
- Credential/secret stores and secrets management workflows
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to engineering, leadership, field and customer stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills: collaborative, proactive, and comfortable driving execution across multiple teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or Claude Code in AI‑augmented development pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Experience in cybersecurity and data protection.
- Previous work with storage vendors or storage‑related technologies.
