Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced proactive, and service-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic hi-tech environment. This is a central and multifaceted role that involves managing daily office operations, coordinating with multiple departments, overseeing vendors and internal systems, and supporting employees’ services and welfare.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and resourceful professional with strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
     
Key Responsibilities:
     Office Operations Management:
  • Manage seating assignments, office moves, and organizational changes. 
  •      Responsible for the company’s cellular services – including line management and coordination with providers. 
  • Responsible for all aspects of office cleaning, including overseeing cleaning staff to ensure standards are met.  
  • Oversee Access Security  
  •      Work with various internal systems such as ticketing, vendor management, space planning, access security and more.  
  • Coordinate logistics for international employees and guests. 
  • Provide support at the front desk when needed – greeting visitors, answering calls and more.  
  • Coordinate safety and ergonomics trainings for new and existing employees. 
 
 
 Administrative & Financial Support:
  • Serve as a point of contact for various departments including Finance, Payroll, HR, IT and more. . 
  • Track and process invoices, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation. 
  • Liaise with the vehicle department for operational needs. 
Requirements:
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager in a hi-tech company. 
  •  Availability for full-time, on-site work (no hybrid option). 
  •  High proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook. 
  •  Fluent English – written and verbal communication. 
  •  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and personal accountability. 
  •  Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented approach. 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  •  Strong prioritization and time management skills. 
  •  Strategic thinking and system-wide perspective. 
  •  Proven ability to coordinate, synchronize, and manage cross-functional interfaces. 
  •  Initiative-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement.
