About the Role 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our Global Procurement team. 
This role will also support travel administration for our Israel, EU, and UK operations. 
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, building trusted partnerships across the organization and with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities 

Procurement 

·                     Lead sourcing and purchasing for assigned departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost optimization.
·                     Manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and oversee the end-to-end procurement process.
·                     Analyze quotes and contracts 
·                     Working with legal teams.
·                     Maintain and update supplier records, support vendor onboarding and documentation.
·                     Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other business units.
·                     Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.


Travel Administration
 

·                     Oversee travel bookings and meeting venue arrangements for business travelers in Israel, EU, and UK.
·                     Partner with business requestors to plan travel itineraries, accommodations, and event logistics.
·                     Analyze travel and meeting spend, define cost benchmarks, and prepare regular reports.
·                     Ensure compliance with company travel policies and support travelers with documentation and issue resolution.
·                     Negotiate rates and contracts with travel and meeting service providers.


Requirements
 

·                     2+ years of experience in Procurement, preferably in a global organization.
·                     Experience supporting travel administration or coordination is a strong advantage.
·                     Proven negotiation skills with vendors.
·                     Advantage in familiarity with procurement and travel management tools (Coupa, Navan) are a plus.
·                     Strong communication skills.
·                     Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·                     Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·                     Fluent in English; additional language skills (Hebrew, French) are a plus.
·                     Customer service orientation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
·                     Knowledge of travel industry best practices and compliance requirements.
