Summary

Varonis Systems is the leader in unstructured and semi-structured data governance software, which is any human generated data that is within a company’s environment. We do this by allowing organizations to analyze, secure, manage, and migrate their volumes of unstructured data.

 

Responsibilities

  • As the Sales Operations Admin, you will be responsible for day-to-day processes within Sales Operations

    along with playing an integral part of optimizing our CRM system with heavy emphasis on data integrity.

    This position, in our Sales Operations group, works closely with Sales & Marketing leaders to serve as a point of contact

    in developing and optimizing our current Sales processes.

    1. Gathering, and ensuring accuracy of all information related to the process of a Purchase Order.   
    2. Coordinating with the Company's Sales Team, and management to ensure accuracy of information, and management has approved the transaction.
    3. Heavy Database reconciliation between systems (Billing, CRM/Sales Force)
    4. In charge of approving expense reports submitted by employees in accordance with Company policy. 
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  3. Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  4. Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills
  5. Excellent relationship building and people skills together with ability to work well independently
  6. Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  7. Basic knowledge in Excel
