         We are seeking a Talented Senior Software Engineer to join our EE team.
You will join a dynamic team focused on handling of complex customer issues that require deep product knowledge, advanced troubleshooting, and close collaboration with development.
 
Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex escalations, that require deep technical expertise
ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Execute Deep Technical Investigation & Root Cause Analysis -
    • Reviewing logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards
    • Analyzing service interactions and Identifying patterns and anomalies
    • Producing RCA summaries and next steps
 
  • Drive Automation and AI‑Based Troubleshooting
  •  Maintain High Expertise in Product Areas and Cross‑Discipline Technologies
  • Improve Product Supportability and Provide Feedback to DEV/PM
 
Requirements
  • BSc in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent from a leading institution - must
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (C# / JAVA / PYTHON)
  • Experience in UI development -Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for debugging and fixing front-end issues
  • Experience in multi-threaded and asynchronous programming
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance development and productivity
  • Performance analysis and optimization - Advantage
  • Database development experience - Advantage
  • Hands on with Kubernetes- Advantage
  • Hands on experience with Linux and working in a Saas environment - Advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, with the ability to see the bigger picture from a limited set of data
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies quickly
  • Fast learning skills
  • English - fluent, verbal and writing
