We are looking for an experienced and professional Facilities & Logistics Manager with a broad systemic perspective.
The role includes full responsibility for managing maintenance at the company site, ongoing handling of technical systems, managing a maintenance team, and working with external vendors.
The manager will ensure a safe and functional work environment, compliance with safety standards, and provide ongoing service to internal interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of all site systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire detection and suppression systems, lighting, and more.
- Leading and implementing a preventive maintenance plan and conducting periodic inspections in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Providing quick responses to technical and operational issues raised by employees.
- Supporting company events.
- Maintenance budget management: handling technical procurement, supplier service agreements, and ensuring SLA compliance with consistent standards.
- Professional management and training of internal maintenance staff and coordination with external vendors.
- Receiving projects from contractors and actively participating in future activities and projects such as system upgrades and office relocations.
- Daily work with computerized maintenance and building management systems (CMMS), managing interfaces and seating arrangements.
- Ensuring safety procedures, compliance with quality standards (ISO/OSHA), and local regulations.
- Continuous improvement of work processes and leading projects to enhance and upgrade the work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a medium to large organization (500+ employees) – mandatory.
- Experience in managing employees and vendors in the technical field – mandatory.
- Valid certified electrician license – mandatory (advantage for master electrician or electrical engineer license).
- Full proficiency in computer applications (Office), operational reports, and maintenance management systems.
- Proven experience in managing electrical, HVAC, and control systems.
- Proficiency in English – reading and writing.
