About the Role:
We are a leading high-tech company seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations and technical infrastructure of our Herzliya site. This role involves managing building systems, leading internal and external teams, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all facility systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire detection and suppression, and more.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide timely response to technical issues and employee service requests.
- Support company events and operational logistics.
- Manage maintenance budgets, procurement processes, and vendor contracts, ensuring consistent service levels.
- Supervise and train internal maintenance staff and coordinate external service providers.
- Participate in infrastructure projects such as system upgrades and office relocations.
- Operate and manage CMMS and building management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations and workplace efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance management within a medium-to-large organization (500+ employees).
- Proven experience managing technical teams and external vendors.
- Valid Certified Electrician license – required (Advantage: Master Electrician or Electrical Engineer).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building controls.
- Fluent in English – reading and writing.
