About this Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead Varonis’ browser protection capabilities.
The browser has emerged as a major vector for data exposure and user‑driven risk across modern enterprise workflows.
Effective browser‑level controls are fundamental to preventing data loss, mitigating web threats, and governing AI usage in real time.
This is a highly strategic role as part of the DLP team, owning a shared browser protection platform that supports critical capabilities across different use cases in the platform.
You will drive complex, cross‑product initiatives and make high‑impact trade‑off decisions across security effectiveness, performance, and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company
- Cybersecurity / threat detection background
- Proven success as a Product Manager in at least one of the following domains:
- Browser‑based security
- DLP
- Endpoint security
- Familiarity with browser environments and extension‑based products, including runtime constraints, security considerations, and enterprise deployment models
- Experience defining platform‑level capabilities in complex, cross‑functional systems
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer pain points into actionable product requirements
Communication & Collaboration
- A passionate, positive, can‑do attitude and strong team‑player mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed, cross‑org initiatives and drive execution without direct authority
Nice to Have
- Experience in data security, privacy, governance, or AI security domains
- Technical background, including prior software engineering experience
- Project management experience
