We’re seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to create impactful programs and premium, memorable events and experiences for our customers. In this role, you will build one-on-one relationships with customers, create memorable touchpoints along their customer journey, and help showcase their stories.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong customer relationships and identify strong customer advocates to showcase in marketing initiatives (videos, webinars, etc.)
  • Own the strategy and execution of customer events and experiences, ensuring they are premium and memorable
  • Develop customer programs that enhance the customer journey, from initial sign-up to interactions with the Incident Response team and more
  • Manage and execute customer marketing programs such as customer advisory boards, user groups, or customer panels
  • Manage the customer reference program, including sales communications, regular reporting, and management of SPIFFs
  • Help source reviews for third-party review sites, such as Gartner Peer Insights 

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 3+ years of customer marketing in B2B technology, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Incredibly high attention to detail
  • Experience planning events and managing customer advisory boards
  • Customer-first mindset: A focus on customer experience
  • Examples of creative ideas, programs, or events that you’ve brought to life
  • A bias for action with a track record of taking projects from idea, to execution, to results
  • A collaborative drive to succeed

This position is remote with occasional travel to customer events.
