We’re seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to create impactful programs and premium, memorable events and experiences for our customers. In this role, you will build one-on-one relationships with customers, create memorable touchpoints along their customer journey, and help showcase their stories.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong customer relationships and identify strong customer advocates to showcase in marketing initiatives (videos, webinars, etc.)
- Own the strategy and execution of customer events and experiences, ensuring they are premium and memorable
- Develop customer programs that enhance the customer journey, from initial sign-up to interactions with the Incident Response team and more
- Manage and execute customer marketing programs such as customer advisory boards, user groups, or customer panels
- Manage the customer reference program, including sales communications, regular reporting, and management of SPIFFs
- Help source reviews for third-party review sites, such as Gartner Peer Insights
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: 3+ years of customer marketing in B2B technology, preferably in cybersecurity
- Incredibly high attention to detail
- Experience planning events and managing customer advisory boards
- Customer-first mindset: A focus on customer experience
- Examples of creative ideas, programs, or events that you’ve brought to life
- A bias for action with a track record of taking projects from idea, to execution, to results
- A collaborative drive to succeed
This position is remote with occasional travel to customer events.
