Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communications. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post job listings on various online platforms.
- Maintain and update job postings for new positions.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of interviews.
- Assist with candidate communications, including sending interview confirmations and follow-up emails.
- Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain a detailed and organized candidate database.
- Schedule interviews and assist candidates throughout the interview process.
- Design and post monthly content for employee referral communications.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to candidates’ communications throughout the application process.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience working within an ATS (Jobvite).
