Summary  
As the Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible to help the Sales org solve problem, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. You are expected to use your business skills to provide objective advice and expertise to help your team design and implement business processes.  
This position works closely with Sales Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents to serve as a point of contact in measuring, analyzing, escalating, and solving issues relating to your team’s sales performance and overall execution. 
 
Responsibilities:  
  • Perform and study operational & strategic analyses for your designated territory  
  • Proactively track and analyze activities and metrics  
  • Oversee sales performance issues until resolved  
  • Prepare territory planning analysis to define hiring needs and drive market segment insights  
  • Oversee allocation of sales and business unit resources to drive productivity  
  • Partner with cross-functional teams that address process improvement, education, and performance issues  
  • Pilot and conceptualize new programs to test the effectiveness of different sales roles and comp plans  
  • Maintain territory and CRM alignment  
 
Requirements:  
  • BA/BS required, preferably with a quantitative focus (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science  
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience. Preferably in an Operations / Sales Strategy / Analytics role   
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions  
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively  
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment  
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and proactively follow through  
  • Willing and eager to learn  
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel skills  
  • Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce  
  • German Language a plus
