Website Marketing Manager
Varonis is seeking a Website Marketing Manager to own one of our most important digital assets, the website. As a member of the Demand Generation team, you’ll own the management, maintenance, and strategic development of our website end-to-end, to help improve user experience and optimize for conversions, globally.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of web development and digital marketing expertise, including proficiency in web maintenance, SEO strategy, UI/UX best practices, and data analytics. Experience managing an external web development team is a plus.
This is a fast-growing team with a lot of opportunity for growth. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with each Demand Generation function (Content, Digital, MOPs), Product Marketing, and Creative to optimize our website experience across all regions, focusing on user experience and improving conversion rates.
  • Own the end-to-end process for which content is published and maintained on our website through our CMS platform, HubSpot.
  • Maintain a cross-functional partnership with the Demand Generation team to create a seamless website-to-conversion funnel experience.
  • Working with our internal Creative Team and external Web Development Agency, convert conceptual designs into web pages utilizing existing templates and components while adhering to brand guidelines, SEO, and UX best practices.
  • Explore opportunities to improve content on the website to maximize visibility and engagement, improve content performance, and align with tactics from other channels (ex: email and webinars) to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Leverage A/B testing and personalization techniques to improve paths to conversion and reduce user friction.
  • Routinely audit existing website content for accuracy and effectiveness, optimizing load speeds, debugging pages, and fixing broken links / images.
  • Intake, manage and fulfill requests from internal and external stakeholders for new web pages and/or updates to existing content.
  • Partner closely with the Content team to publish new keyword-driven pages and optimize existing content.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in website management or digital marketing.
  • Experience using HubSpot and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Understanding website visitor behavior, user experience (UX) principles, and SEO.
  • Semi-proficient understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative and critical thinker, able to generate innovative ideas for optimization.
  • Strong eye for detail / design, and general experience working with Figma/Adobe.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Copywriting and/or editing experience, a plus.
