Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

 

Summary 

The Business Operations Analyst serves as a vital link between corporate strategy and regional sales execution. This role is designed for an operations professional to gain deep, hands-on exposure to the revenue lifecycle. By maintaining high-level visibility into daily sales activities and client engagements, you will provide the operational backbone necessary for regional success. You will closely collaborate with Sales leadership, helping them establish an effective day-to-day operation and leveraging your analytical insights to optimize productivity, performance and execution throughout their region.

Responsibilities: 

  • Operational Partnership: Act as the primary operational point of contact for Sales Managers, and VPs. Facilitate comprehensive preparation for client engagements and maintain a granular understanding of the regions’ book of business.
  • Performance Analytics: Conduct rigorous operational and strategic productivity analyses. Transform raw data into actionable insights surrounding Account GTM, Pipeline Generation, and Sales Rep Productivity
  • Polished Presentation: Deliver above insights and actions through the creation and delivery of weekly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for executive leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Identify structural bottlenecks in the sales workflow. Assist in the design and implementation of sales playbooks, compensation structures, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with cross-functional stakholders across Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive seamless execution of revenue growth initiatives and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Systems & Integrity: Serve as regional subject matter expert for Salesforce CRM. Ensure data integrity, manage territory assignments, and provide technical guidance to revenue teams to ensure tool adoption.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA/BS degree required; preference for quantitative disciplines such as Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Initial experience (0–2 years) in Operations, Sales Strategy, or Business Analysis.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively follow through on tasks
  • Exceptional Communication: Articulate and professional presence with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail and problem solving.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Willing and eager to learn
  • Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CRM Experience: Practical experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, is highly desirable.
