Cloud Demand Generation Manager
Varonis is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to spearhead campaigns and boost demand across all stages of the funnel for our cloud security products.
In this role, your focus will be on leading and executing multi-channel programs that generate revenue and attract customers for our cloud security products. You’ll work cross-functionally with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Field & Channel, Alliances and Sales.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven Demand Generation leader with a strong background in cloud security and IaaS platforms. This is a high impact role on a fast-growing team with a lot of opportunity for growth. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in the U.S.
This role will report directly to the Global Sr. Director of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement multi-channel, global marketing programs across the entire marketing funnel to drive our cloud business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams – including field and channel marketing, content marketing, product marketing, and SDRs – to create global marketing programs that support cloud revenue goals.
- Pipeline Generation: Drive the creation of scalable campaigns to generate high-intent leads through inbound tactics, including paid advertising, email marketing, webinars, content and more.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Identify, measure, and optimize key programs, achievements, and resources to drive our cloud marketing performance and value.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ideally in the cloud security space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies that result in measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience with digital marketing channels and employing tactics across paid advertising, social, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how to tailor demand gen efforts to meet specific stages of the funnel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- A bias for action with a track record of taking projects from idea to execution to results.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6Sense is a plus.
Some travel will be required (less than 10%). This position is remote.
