The Role: We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand & Creative Production to join our growing Brand & Creative team. This role sits at the intersection of project leadership and creative operations, ensuring our brand and creative engine runs smoothly while delivering exceptional work that aligns with business priorities.
You will act as a strategic partner for internal stakeholders, guiding projects from intake through delivery, building trust, and maintaining alignment on priorities and outcomes. At the same time, you’ll drive operational excellence, evolving processes, managing resources, and enabling our creative organization to scale without sacrificing quality or creativity.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking and relationship management with a passion for building systems that empower creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main intake partner for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee Tier 1 initiatives, keeping projects on-brief and driving efficiency without compromising creative quality.
- Oversee the execution of brand marketing programs with cross-functional teams or external media partners.
- Develop detailed project plans and briefs that articulate goals and expectations.
- Facilitate creative shares and sprints, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
- Manage the creative intake process, ensuring requests are documented, prioritized, and resourced appropriately.
- Source and manage freelance talent to support the creative team, maintaining strong relationships and quality standards.
- Evolve and promote key processes that improve workflow and scalability.
- Maintain and optimize operational resources such as Frontify, Brand HQ, and digital asset management systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing teams of 2 or more individuals.
- 5-7 years’ experience managing creative teams or project management in a creative field
- Ability to balance between quality, experimentation, and speed – and manage your teams to do the same.
- Skilled in sourcing and collaborating with external creative and production partners.
- Positive problem-solving approach, utilizing analytical thinking and operational efficiency.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for brand creativity and operational excellence, with a track record of enabling brand and creative teams to thrive.
- Self-starter, critical thinker, and collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ideal candidate has expert proficiency using Asana or other work management tool.
