Job Title:        Federal Alliance Manager  
 
Summary 
Varonis will be hiring a Federal Alliance Manager responsible for building, developing, managing, and eventually leading a team responsible for the relationships with our key Federal Systems Integrators/Government Contractors.  This critical individual position will become a key leadership role at Varonis, as our Federal Government clients (~150) and prospects mature their data-centric security for compliance with Zero-Trust requirements to enable mission outcomes. 

We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual, a self-starter, motivated by our mission at Varonis, to protect our government’s sensitive data from our adversaries. The ability to create and execute a business plan will be critical to this person’s success. As the Manager of Federal Alliances, you will be a direct report to the Federal VP, working closely with the Varonis Federal leadership team and other important external & internal stakeholders to enable successful partnerships and exceptional collective partnership experiences enabling our mutual government client outcomes.   

Responsibilities 
  • Create and establish a Business Plan that aligns with the market opportunity, FSI interests, and the Varonis platform to enable mutual client outcomes. 
  • Work in partnership with the Varonis Federal GTM team 
  • Execute on the Above 
 
Requirements 
  • Presentation of a business plan prior to being hired 
  • Local to the metropolitan Washington DC area 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience preferred 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Federal Government ecosystem at a FSI or Government Contractor or a significant track record an Alliance Manager at an OEM 
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
