We understand the importance of a balanced life. In addition to unlimited time off, we enjoy “Summer Fridays” where we encourage all employees to take the afternoon off. We discourage any internal meetings on Fridays, as well as during our once-a-month “Focus Week.” Our parental leave extends 12 weeks for all genders, paid at 100% of salary.
