Intern, Business Development and Sales Enablement

What You’ll Do
Vaniam Group's Business Development team drives growth by building relationships with biopharmaceutical companies and positioning our agencies as trusted partners. As our Sales Enablement Intern, you'll use AI to uncover patterns in win/loss data, sharpen proposal language, and build tools that help our sellers move faster and pitch smarter. What You’ll Work On

  •  Generate AI-powered insights on messaging, positioning, and language that resonates with prospective clients in the oncology and hematology space
  •  Build and refine a proposal content library — a curated, searchable collection of reusable pitch language, case studies, and proof points organized by therapeutic area and service line
  •  Develop AI-assisted templates and prompts that accelerate proposal drafting and reduce turnaround time
  •  Collaborate with Business Development leads to test and validate insights against current pipeline opportunities
  •  Deliver a final presentation summarizing key findings, the content library, and recommendations for ongoing AI integration into the sales process

  •  Techniques for using AI to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on unstructured business data
  •  How to craft compelling, client-facing messaging in a highly regulated industry

Time Requirements:
