Network Office & Operations Coordinator (2026-2027 SY)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Employment Type: This is a full-time, in-person, 12-month, network support role for the 2026-27 school year.
Salary: The salary range for this role is $47,668 to $53,754 and placement within that range is based on years of comparable experience.
In addition to school-based responsibilities, the Network Office Operations Coordinator will collaborate with the Network Operations team to support organization-wide initiatives spanning facilities, technology, safety plans, scholar information, enrollment, event management, transportation, and food and vendor services.

- Serve as the true face of the school, greeting and assisting families and visitors as they arrive
- Perform clerical communication duties such as answering phone lines, distributing messages, and processing mail
- Coordinate mailings, automated phone calls, and other messages
- Maintain scholar-facing communication systems such as digital signage and the bell schedule
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including campus operations teams, vendors, school-based teams, families, and community members
School Operations
- Build strong office management systems and deliver excellent customer service
- Provide timely responses and guidance to service tickets from internal staff and requests from external vendors and partners
- Manage collections of payments for meals, supplies, AP exams, and other activities
- Administer basic first-aid, distribute medication, and maintain scholar injury reports
- Prepare testing materials and spaces for major exams such as benchmarks, state testing, the ACT, and AP exams
- Coordinate school events and special projects with the rest of the operations team
- Support arrival, dismissal, and/or school-based duties as assigned
Scholar Information
- Maintain daily scholar attendance across multiple information systems
- Coordinate interventions at several levels for families of scholars struggling to maintain strong attendance
- Ensure compliance of scholar data and cumulative files and records
- Partner with the scholar recruitment team to ensure that scholar information is collected and flows into our data systems
- Process all necessary scholar forms and paperwork received in the front office
- Assist families with troubleshooting login issues for school data platforms used for at-home monitoring
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, or Kurdish is preferred but not required
- Friendly demeanor with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with a diverse population of adults and children
- Strong work ethic and a determination to help scholars succeed
- Ability to navigate difficult or sensitive conversations with professionalism and care
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working in an educational, office, or administrative setting
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Proficient with technology and willing to learn new systems
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and the dynamic nature of a fast-paced school environment
