What You Will Do:

The Supervisor of Customer Service is responsible for overseeing the Patient Accounts customer service staff and call center. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered. Supervises, trains, coaches and mentors team members.

What You Will Bring:

Education

High School Diploma required
Bachelors preferred

Experience
Three years customer service experience required*
Supervisory experience required, preferably in healthcare setting
*Bachelor's degree in a related field in lieu of customer service experience

Qualifications
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Strong computer skills required
• Knowledge of hospital billing operations required
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy law required
