What You Will Do:

The Revenue Integrity Representative will be responsible for:
• helping to maintain Revenue Integrity error work queues
• following up on calls to payers to determine current status of appeals
• scanning, indexing and routing of paper clinical documentation
• assisting with Revenue Integrity project management as needed
• creating and maintaining Excel databases to log and monitor various charge capture issues

What You Will Bring:


High School Diploma or GED required

Three years experience in a business office in a hospital and/or physician office preferred
Basic level of Microsoft Excel experience required

Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills required
Strong detail oriented skills required
Ability to problem solve under pressure required
Ability to maintain professionalism with internal/external customers under stressful conditions required
Ability to prioritize job duties and meet deadlines required
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization required
Ability to work within a team of employees to problem solve required
Ability to adapt and respond to change required
Working knowledge of computer systems, especially related to financial transactions, third-party insurance or patient charging highly preferred
