What You Will Do:
The purpose of this role is to provide direct clinical supervision to assist in maintaining appropriate clinical standards and to assure staff competencies.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelors Nursing (BSN) required *
* Current Clinical Managers who do not hold BSN must obtain by December 31, 2019.
3 Years Healthcare/Medical - Emergency Services/Trauma With progressive clinical management skills.
Certification & Licensures
RN Virginia License Required.
ACLS certification Required.
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved required *
* New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
Clin III or above. Demonstrates ability to set priorities and make appropriate decisions. Demonstrates leadership skills by functioning as an ED resource/charge nurse for a minimum of one (1) year. Knowledge in the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological stages of human growth and development. CEN, TNCC and ENPC or PALS recommended.
