What You Will Do:

The Housing Case Manager will support the mission of ARE's Housing Team within the Northern Planning Group of the VA 513 Continuum of Care by identifying and securing available housing stock in the community for low-income individuals and families applying for rental assistance through a variety of housing programs.  Program participants face many barriers to housing.  A primary function of this position is to assist households in finding and implementing solutions to housing barriers. This is done by promoting housing programs, creating and maintaining relationships with landlords and maintaining a flow of information to potential participants, administration and supportive service partners.
