What You Will Do:

Supports and maintains the necessary organizational structure and systems to support and manage organizations risk program. This job description may change from time to time as tasks, organization and technology change. What You Will Bring:

Education

Bachelor, Masters preferred in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field required.

Experience
5 years minimum in a healthcare setting dealing with compliance, risk management, quality issues and captive insurance

Qualifications
Ability to objectively perform and document investigations: analyze business and clinical processes and provide recommendations for improvement; develop and manage risk reduction programs; read and understand medical record documentation and claims data; understand and apply laws and regulations affecting the healthcare industry.
Ability to work with people in a tactful, diplomatic manner, demonstrating excellent judgement and discretion in dealing with both internal and external customers and regulatory agencies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
Proficiency with software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to input and manage data and generate reports using database software is required.
