What You Will Do:

Provides direct therapeutic interventions for patients to include initial bariatric behavioral health evaluation for medical and surgical patients, and on-going individual therapy as determined by the provider and patient; provide educational classes for patients and/or family (lifestyle education, back on track, pre and post operatively behavioral health class).

What You Will Bring:

Education
Doctorate Degree (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology required


Certification & Licensures
Current state license and in good standing in your clinical specialty required

Qualifications
Current state license and in good standing in your clinical specialty required. Competent to provide evaluations, therapy services, and treatment to the age group of patients served Knowledgeable in the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological stages of human growth and development. Working knowledge of treatment of eating disorders required Ability to lead patient education and support groups required Competent to successfully interact with patients according to their special needs which may apply based on the age of the patient served
