What You Will Do:

The Administration Intern will support the decision-making process at Valley Health and provide general assistance in day-to-day activities through the completion of projects and tasks. The project and task assignments will be developed based upon the learning objectives of the intern, skill set of the intern, and the needs of the department. The projects and assignments will relate to employee engagement, patient engagement, financial analytics, clinical analytics, business plan development, budgeting, and process improvement.
Detailed expectations will be provided at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with the intern’s skill set and learning objectives.

What You Will Bring:

Education

Pursuit of bachelor’s or master’s degree with interest in healthcare required
Good standing academically at College or Institution of continued education required

Experience
Experience in support activities for large team and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills preferred
Experience with Tableau preferred
