What You Will Do:

Compensation Analyst - Providers will be responsible for monthly benchmarking of provider CPT utilization, compensation proposals for new providers, data analysis of historical performance and compensation, incentive calculations, bi-weekly pay adjustments, provider contract administration, provider contract tracking, survey submissions, contract lifecycle management, administers/maintains compensation related data management system, coordinates/facilitates implementation of compensation programs and initiatives, researches/analyzes competitive compensation practices in the market.

What You Will Bring:


Bachelor’s degree required*
* 7+ years’ finance, accounting, or payroll experience in lieu of degree

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Attention to detail
Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Database management skills Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures Ability to plan, coordinate, and administer complex systems and processes. Knowledge of compensation administration principles and procedures.
