Entry Lift Mechanic– FT– Year Round – Heavenly – South Lake Tahoe, CA
Job Summary: The Lift Mechanic is responsible for performing all routine maintenance procedures under the guidance of the maintenance manager and senior mechanics, preventive maintenance and repair of the assigned lifts while interacting professionally with lift operations staff and assisting with lift operations training. Canidate must be able to follow company safety policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting Vail Resorts customer expectations
Requirements:
- Educational Requirements (HS Diploma or GED)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Detatchable Lift Experience
- Ability to lift/carry 100 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Flexible schedule required during peak times and weekends.
- Comfortable working outside in alpine winter/summer enviroment
- Able to work at heights of 50 feet.
- 18 years of age or older
